Every material needs a different strategy — we do not just use the same feed rate and hope it works. Whether it is dry-cutting brass or slow-feed finish passes on stainless, we match the approach to the material every time.

Complete CNC Machining Capabilities

Most cnc machining parts we make are not simple. They require multiple setups, different tools, and careful planning. That is where experience counts.

We are equipped with a mix of cnc turning centers, 3-axis and 4-axis mills, and manual machines for secondary work or odd sizes. Our team runs everything from basic shaft machining to multi-surface milled parts with tapped holes, bearing fits, or grooved features.

Turning Capabilities

  • Diameter capacity: up to Ø150 mm
  • CNC turning of stepped shafts, terminal ends, thread cutting (metric, UNC, BSP)
  • Ideal for: pins, spacers, sleeves, fasteners, threaded inserts
  • Tight tolerance grooves and O-ring seats also supported

We regularly deliver cnc turning parts for electrical connectors, sensor housings, and mounting studs. Each part is run with real-time checks and in-process inspection — not just batch checked at the end.

Milling Capabilities

  • 3-axis and 4-axis cnc milling for slots, flats, keyways, and tapped holes
  • Block size: up to 400 x 300 mm
  • Drilling and contour shaping for brackets, clamps, plates, or frames
  • Chamfering, counterboring, and engraving as needed

Complex cnc milling parts often involve both drilling and profile cuts, and we understand how to fixture and tool these for speed and accuracy. We also run nested part setups when production volume calls for it.

5-Axis Machining for Advanced Parts

When jobs call for tight tolerances on multiple faces or unusual part geometries, we turn to 5-axis capability. It is not just about doing fancy cuts — it is about reducing setups, improving precision, and keeping everything in one zero-point reference.

  • Parts with angled holes or compound faces
  • Complex flanges and enclosures
  • Jobs where three or more operations are needed on other machines
  • Improving throughput on difficult geometries

Using 5-axis allows us to hit all sides of the part in a single setup, which reduces misalignment and speeds up delivery — without compromising quality.

Threading, Tapping, and Tolerances

  • Internal and external threading (UNC, UNF, Metric, BSP, NPT)
  • Tapping: blind holes, through holes, vertical or side-tapped
  • Reaming for fine tolerance bores
  • Deburring and chamfering of all thread exits

Tolerances are held to ±0.10 mm where needed. For production jobs, we can maintain ±0.05–0.10 mm consistently across batches. We use micrometers, bore gauges, plug gauges, and hard inspection templates — not just digital calipers

Finishing and Post-Processing

  • Vibratory deburring and brush polishing
  • Press-fit or heat-set threaded inserts
  • Surface finishes: brushed, tumbled, or matte
  • Plating: nickel, tin, gold, silver (available via partner vendors)
  • Basic sub-assembly work on machined parts

We can also custom-pack each batch with part labels, QR codes, or lot tracking if your system requires it.
